• All product complaints and returns are processed through our Quality Assurance Department.  A return authorization number will be issued and replacement shipment will be arranged or refund issued.
• To insure proper credit:
  • Returns are accepted for damaged, defective or incorrect shipments. Claims must be made within 30 days of receipt merchandise. Merchandise must be returned in original packaging.
  • The return authorization number must appear on the outside of all packages being returned.  No credit will be given for packages returned without a Return Authorization number.
  • Items damaged during shipment must be refused at the time of delivery or signed for as "damaged." And, customer must notify the Quality Assurance Department of refusal of shipment of damaged goods.
  • All claims for damage, shortage or shipping errors must be made within 10 days of "receipt" of product. 
  • Return of non-defective product due to order error must be made within 30 days of original order date and will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Products returned without prior authorization are subject to a 50% restocking fee or may be returned to customer at their expense.
• Credits for returned products will be processed in a timely manner.  Product with possible defect will be subject to testing and evaluation prior to credit being issued.
• No cash refunds will be issued on returned products.

Wafer Seals -

• White - Least expensive. Litho-coated, moisture treated facestock to provide consistent high speed application and 50-50 fold over sealing.  Commonly used on low profile and white stock mailings.
• Translucent - Less expensive than clear.  Frosted matte facestock with a protective coating for consistent high speed application with a 50-50 fold over sealing.  Commonly used on both colored applications and low profile and white stock mailings.  Some color shows through, but is not as transparent as clear tabs.
• Clear - More expensive than either white or translucent.  Clear polystyrene.  Commonly used on multicolor mailings when the distraction of a white or translucent seal is essential.

Tray and Sack Tags -

• Laser - Sheeted, 7 Pt. white laser card stock; also available in cherry for periodicals.
• Direct Thermal Tags - Direct Thermal tags in both the Whittier and BCC Traymate/Microcomm style.

Labels -

• Laser Labels - Pressure sensitive white laser labels in a variety of sizes for use with all Laser Printers.
• Pin-Feed Labels - One, two, three and four across.
• Pin-Feed Labels - For all adjustable pinfeed printers.  Not guaranteed for machine application.  
• Machinable Labels - For all adjustable pinfeed printer.  Guaranteed for machine application.

Postage Meter Ink, Rollers & Cartridges -
